Can I start on Foundation and upgrade later?
Yes — every tier is fully cumulative. Upgrading means you get everything you already have, plus the next layer on top. Care Starter clients already run on Professional hosting infrastructure. Moving to Visibility adds the full Care Professional maintenance stack plus technical SEO. There are no sidesteps — only next steps up.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month. Annual plans save you 2 months (you pay 10, get 12) but there's no penalty for cancelling.
How do monthly support hours work?
Each plan includes a monthly support allowance — 1, 2, or 3 hours depending on your Care tier. Hours can be used for content updates, plugin installs, troubleshooting, small design changes, or any WordPress task. Our standard rate is $200/hr — plan clients pay $115–$165/hr for overage depending on their plan, which is a significant discount. On Visibility and Authority plans, your SEO and content delivery work is separate and does not count against your support allowance.
What are prepaid support hour blocks?
Prepaid blocks are available to any plan client who regularly needs more than their monthly allowance. A 5-hour block is $500 ($100/hr effective) and a 10-hour block is $900 ($90/hr effective). Unused hours carry over for 90 days. They are a better deal than per-hour overage billing and a good fit for clients going through a content push or site update sprint.
Why is Care Professional bundled into Visibility and Authority plans?
Because the ladder is strict by design. Every Visibility plan is built on top of Care Professional — not around it. If we are running technical SEO for you, your site needs to be properly maintained underneath. Bundling Care Professional means you always have reviewed updates, security monitoring, and dedicated support hours. We are not doing SEO work on top of a site that could break without warning.
Do I need to be on your hosting to use Care or Visibility?
Care and Visibility include our Foundation hosting in the plan price. If you're on a third-party host, we migrate you over at no extra charge as part of onboarding.
What's the difference between Visibility and Authority?
Visibility is the technical SEO tier: crawlability, page speed, keyword tracking, schema, and monthly optimization. Authority adds a content program on top — monthly articles, topic clusters, and internal linking to build topical authority.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once per year. You pay the equivalent of 10 months and get 12. The annual rate is shown on every plan card when you toggle to Annual billing.
